The General Data Protection Regulations came into force in May 2018.

We have only, and will only, hold data relating to our customers for as long as we need it and for the purposes for which it was collected.

These purposes are for the making of and confirmation of reservations and, in the case of our long stay customers, ensuring we have their emergency contact details and an account.

We will retain any records to ensure we are fully compliant with HMRC legal requirements.

It has never been, and never will be our policy to pass on any customer details, except if required by law to government agencies or the security services.

We will not pass information to any other third party vendor for unsolicited marketing purposes.

All personal information will be destroyed when no longer required.
